·Second bedroom varies as follows:3 bunk beds  in the second bedroom, blankets & pillows provided or 4 bunk beds (2 double bunks)
OR   double bed with bunk on top, blankets & pillows provided or double ensemble only.
·separate bathroom – shower, toilet and basin
·open plan kitchen with good cooking facilities and full size fridge
·living room with sofa bed, need to bring all bedding including pillows
·reverse cycle air con for heating and cooling
·veranda with outdoor seating or outdoor patio seating
·guests to provide sheets & towels for all beds other than main double
